ARCHI.VISIT’s 02

INTERNATIONAL PORT TERMINAL/FOA [Yokohama,JP]

The next few months while staying in Japan I’ll try to visit at least one interesting ‘architectural’ project, off which I will post some pictures on my blog in a series ARCHI.VISIT’s . The series will consist of eiher Traditional, Modern or common architecture, but might aswell contain natural sites which are relevant to the research I’m doing from my Master thesis.

As second in the series I would like to present you my impression of a design by ‘Foreign Office Architects’ (London, UK)  Farshid Moussavi and Alejandro Zaera-Polo 2002. The International Port Terminal was the main motivation to take a Trip to Yokohama today with some fellow architecture students.
